Dear customers and visitors, welcome to Mobile For You. We are glad to host you on our site and are committed to providing reliable, fast and professional service. These terms govern the relationship between the company and our visitors and customers. Any action on the site, including placing an order, constitutes full acceptance of these terms — please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Purchases on the site are available to holders of a valid credit card that has been checked and approved by the card issuer, as well as customers who choose another payment method offered on the site. Responsibility for the products rests with the manufacturers and official importers in Israel. Mobile For You acts as an intermediary and support link with the importer and does not replace the manufacturer's service. Product images on the site are for illustration only. Where there is a discrepancy between description and image — the manufacturer and model are determinative for the order. E&OE.

2. Products and Services

The site offers a wide range of smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, headphones and accessories — new and refurbished. Each product displays the relevant warranty details on its product page. Mobile For You undertakes to supply the products ordered on the site. In cases where a product is out of stock or found to be defective prior to delivery, we will offer a comparable alternative at the best possible price. If that offer is not acceptable to you, the order will be cancelled and any charge fully refunded.

3. Orders and Confirmation

• Prices on the site are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT by law. • Prices are updated from time to time and may change without prior notice. • An order enters processing only after payment details are approved by the card issuer or payment processor. • Mobile For You reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a typographical error in the price, lack of inventory or suspected fraud — and to refund the customer in full.

4. Payment Methods and Terms

Payment on the site is made by a valid credit card through a secure, certified payment processor. The card must be charge-capable and approved by the card issuer. No product will be released to a courier or handed to a customer without authorization of the transaction by the card issuer. In the event of an invalid card or a transaction that is not approved, Mobile For You is entitled to cancel the order, without obligation to give prior notice. Privacy — customer details are secured and are not transferred to third parties beyond the purposes detailed in the privacy policy.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Deliveries are carried out by a courier company or registered mail, at Mobile For You's discretion. • Estimated delivery time: up to seven business days, depending on the product and delivery area. • The shipping fee covers delivery only and does not include special product insurance. • Delivery terms and acceptance of handover are documented at the time of ordering. • In case of a delivery delay caused by force majeure, strike, security event or any other reason beyond our control — we will not be liable, and the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

6. Cancellation and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981: • A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt. • The product must be unopened in its original packaging, with no signs of use and in new condition. • In such a case a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs and a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the product value or NIS 100 — whichever is lower — plus a 2% payment processing fee. • For a defective or non-functioning product — replacement or full refund with no cancellation fee. To request a cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and product details.

7. Warranty and Service

The warranty terms for each product are subject to the terms of the official Israeli importer or manufacturer, as detailed on the product page. Important: the warranty is not a store warranty — it is provided by the official importer. Mobile For You will assist you in coordinating with the importer when needed. The warranty does not apply in cases of: physical damage, breakage, lightning strike, electrical short circuit, fire, moisture, improper use, opening the product, or unauthorized modification of hardware or software.

8. Changes and Contact

Mobile For You reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
